(1) I want to save digital version of tafsir Ma’ariful Quran in my computer and my office computer for reciting during free time, is it fair?

(1) You may download the digital version of Maariful Quran in your computer.
(2) Wudhu is not necessary to read Maariful Quran; however, it is better to do it.
