Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

(1)-Please tell me the rights of others on me to which we say Haqooq-ul-ebad starting from the most important to the last and in each tell what are my duties on them e.g. parents, neighbours, wife, childrens, relatives, animals, strangers, friends, rich, poor and every every. Please dont leave any one.I am feeling really sorry for disturbing you to write such a big answer but inshallah you would get a greater Ajar(sawab).I am asking you this because if a person doesnt fullfill on whole Allahs haqooq.Allah will forgive him but if he doesnt fullfills the haqooq of the people in this world he will be thrown in hell. So that i can fullfill Haqooqullah as well as Haqooq-ul-ebad. 2-How can a person know that a deed he has done is with Ikhlas.3-If a person speaks false by mistake then what.4-How can a person get his khatima on imaan and Kalima.5-you said that until the photo isnt on a paper it isnt a picture so then can we take snaps from a digital cam just saving them in our computer.

Answer

1. You can find all the details you are looking for in any of the following books: Aadaabul Mu?aasharah and Islaahi Nisaab. Both are by Hadhrat Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi [ra] and are very detailed and reliable. They are available in Pakistan ? both in English and Urdu.

2. A person will never really know whether he has done his deeds with Ikhlaas. Only once he goes before Allah will he realise the condition of his deed. Thus, a person should constantly fear that his deeds will be rejected for being insincere. Some Ulama have mentioned that a person repeating a good deed is an indication that his previous deed was accepted, thus he was given tawfeeq (ability) to repeat it.

3. You will not be sinful for a mistake.

4. Being constant on the usage of Miswaak and reading the du’aa after Adhaan aree ways to get khatana or imaan.

5. This is the opinion of certain Ulama, however, caution would demand that we refrain from photographs as our senior Ulama were all of the opinion that they are not permissible under all conditions.
