Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

Your paralysis experience during your sleep paralysis is unusual. We advise you identify an Amil who is an expert in detecting and removing black magic and jinns to be treated by him.

In the meanwhile, focus your heart and mind to Allah with dua as much as you can. Recite Surah Fatiha, Ayatul  Kursi and four Quls after every salah, blow on your hands and pass your hands around your head and body as far as you can reach.

Increase your tilawat of the Quran. The strongest repellent against black magic and jinns is the tilawat of the Quran. If you find you do not want to read the Quran, push yourself to do so. The following dua is effective for grief and depression:

‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ ‏”‏‏.‏

O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men.”  [Bukhari :2893]

And Allāh Ta῾āla Knows Best
