IN SAHEB KO KISI NE BATAAYA HY K TUM WAHAAN MADRASAH SOULTIYAH ME APNE WAALID SAHEB K HAJJ E BADAL K THODE PAISE JAMA’A KARO TO MADRASAH WALE KISI KO BHEJ KAR TUMHAARE WALID KA HAJJ KARAADENGE..IS TARH KAM PAISOUN ME UN MARHOOM KA HAJJ ADAA HO JAAYEGA .TO WOH POOCHH RAHE K AYSAA KARNA THEEK HY? note> WAISE UN K PAAS ITNI MAAL KI FARAAWAANI BHI NAHI HY K WOH HIND SE KISI KO BHEJ DEN WAALID K HAJJ E BADAL K LIYE. ASL MAS’ALAH KYA HY? Aur kyaa eh soorat jaa’iz aur saheeh hy?jawaab bhej den. JAZAAKUMULLAAHU KHAIRAN.
اس طرح حج کرانا صحیح ہے۔ اگر کسی کے پاس اتنے پیسہ نہ ہو کہ وہ اپنے وطن سے حج کرائے، تو وہاں پیسے بہیج کر حج کروانا صحیح ہوگا۔

If a person instructs another person to do Hajj on his behalf, it is permissible, in fact preferable to do so.
If the person on behalf of whom the Hajj is being done has passed away without doing hajj, then Hajj on his behalf should be carried out.
Preferably the Hajj should be done from the city or town where he lives,
However if the family does not have the means for this, then sending money to another place, from where it would be more cost effective, like in this situation is permissible.
Payse kam hone ki shakal men sawlatiyya se Haj Kara sakte hen.
(إعلم أن كل من وجب عليه الحج) أي حجة الإسلام….وحضره الموت……. (يجب عليه الإحجاج) أي بأن يحج عنه
مناسك ملا على قاري ٤٣٣
