Is exporting un-Islamic dresses and cutting female hair halal?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My father had export business of un-Islamic female short dresses and party gowns. Is this kind of business halal? If no, being his daughter and economically dependent on him for 23 years how does that affect me and what should I do now. I am married now and not depended on him anymore but what about 23 years of my life which I have spent on unlawful money? Also what should my father do now?
(2) My cousin is a hair dresser and works in a parlor where he mostly cuts hair of females. Is it halal for him to earn his living through this?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 411/387/H=3/1439)

(1) You should do true and genuine taubah from what happened during the period of 23 years. Your father should adopt such a business or income source which is purely halal and lawful.

(2) It is unlawful and haram for a male to cut the hair of a female and cut it in fashionable style and the income earned through it is makrooh. He should search some halal job as soon as possible and then quit the profession of hairdressing.
