Minority scholarship is given to muslim, sikh , christain, buddhist under heading `merit-cum-mean` i.e: for meritorious needy persons, is it allowed to take it . what if any one is very needy to pay fees.

If that needy person is eligible legally i.e. he is either Muslim, Sikh, Christian, or Buddhist, then he may take it, but if he is not eligible legally it shall not be lawful for him to receive it.
