Aqiqah & Name for my Son Noman Akhtar, Dividing Meat in Three Parts

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
We are blessed with boy baby (1) we had kept his Name Noman Akhtar which was selected from website which means ‘man with blessings of Allah’ and akhtar is our surname.
(2) We did aqiqah of 2 bakra within a month at Lucknow, as our relatives we had a small function that day the meat of the bakra was supposed to be divided in 3 parts; 1 for poor & needy, 1 for relatives and 1 for self use whereas after the aqiqah the meat of the bakra about 16-17 kg was taken by my mother in law and gave about half kg to our servant and half kg to one relatives and rest was utilized for the function for relatives of aqiqah and the rest remaining for consumption at home, as per normal practice in Lucknow (UP). When I came to know about, I was worried whether the aqiqah for my son was accepted or I have to do it again. Please, advise me accordingly at your earliest.

(1) You can keep the name.
(2) If you slaughtered two bakras with the intention of aqiqah it was valid. It is not necessary to divide the meat of aqiqah in three shares, rather it is mustahab. If the entire meat is kept for consumption at home, it will not affect the validity of aqiqah, though it is not better.
