Zakat to person with assets and for treatment

I would like to enquire if it is permissible to give Zakah to such relatives who may have assets in the form of jewellery (gold and or silver) or as land owned for agricultural purposes. However one is not certain of the amount they have and whether it equals nisaab or not.

Could zakah be given to a relative who has nissab in the form of mixed gold/silver (lower value) for urgent hospital treatment or for building a house for living purposes.

Inheritance of 7 daughters and 1 sister.

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.
My late grandfather had 7 daughters and 1 sister. He had some lands, some of which he had given to his daughters during his lifetime. But the ones he didn’t give to anyone, how is the inheritance calculated between them all?
Jazakumullah Khair in advance.

Financial obligation towards relatives

Assalamu alaikum.
I have been and currently am giving my father a monthly financial allowance to support my family living abroad. My brother in question is earning an average income but does not pay towards any family expenses nor is he demanded to do so. My father is now wanting to get him married but my brother is saying he has no money to offer towards the financial costs. What Obligatory rights does my father/ brother have on me in terms giving them financial costs towards this?

Inheritance related questions

Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.

I pray you are well.

I have a few questions relating to death and inheritance.

1. If a man has 4 daughters, a wife and a sister, are they all inheritors? Would the sister be asbat?

2. If a woman has a husband, 5 daughters and a brother, are they all inheritors? Would the brother be asbat?

3. is a person allowed to state that the money they give in their lifetime MUST be used for a particular purpose? EG, this £100 is to be only used for your wedding or £300 to go towards umrah etc. Chances are those things may never happen.

4. If a will is made and is contrary to Islam, is it permissable to revoke the wishes of the deceased?

5, if the deceases has missed many salah in their lifetime, would it be incumbent on the heirs to pay this off? How would they go about doing this?

May Allah reward you for your efforts in answering and continue to use you all for the khidmah of deen
