What is the law of saying “Be free from my side, leave and take away” to one’s spouse and children according to Shari’ah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
Someone said (to his wife), “میری طرف سے تم سب فارغ ہو، کماو اور کھاو.” What is the law of this as per Shari’ah? He said this to his wife and children.

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

If the husband did not intend divorce by the mentioned words (i.e. “میری طرف سے تم سب فارغ ہو، کماو اور کھاو.”) to his wife and children, then these words does not cause divorce to occur on his wife, rather their marriage is still intact, and they can continue spending their lives as spouses.
And Allah knows best.
