What is the ruling on Zaid, Fatima’s husband, marrying Fatima’s mother who is his father’s wife?

What does the scholars of Islam have to say regarding the following issue?
Zaid is Fatima’s husband. Zaid’s father is getting married to Fatima’s mother. Is this permissible or not? Please provide references with the answer.

In the mentioned situation, the marriage union between Zaid’s father and Fatima’s mother will be permissible according to the Shari’ah.
