Wearing cap only for Namaz. Is it bad?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
1: Is it acceptable to wear a cap or head covering for males, only during namaz. I heard someone say that such is the practice of Jews. Since we told to create as much dissimilarities between them and us i was wondering if this would also fall into that category or not. 2: What category of deed is for the husband who pays his wife’s zakat of her jewelry. I mean is it general sadqah from his end or something else. Also, i read in the Quran (if i’m not wrong) that Allah swt will return (same or double) the amount paid in His name/cause. Pls advise if i’m right and whether it applies in the zakat case mentioned above. Jazakallah.

1. Wearing Cap or Turban is not particular for Namaz rather it is a part of the dress and was from a customary Sunnath of Rasoolullahi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. Therefore one should refrain from being a victim of unnecessary doubts and claiming it to be a practice of Jews.
2,3 Husband is not responsible for executing Zakath of wife even if the wife does not possess cash to execute Zakat for her jewellery. She may sell a portion of her jeweler or request her husband to pay it for her. Further, husband himself or upon request of his wife, if pays the Zakat for her jeweler he will get the reward of Sadaqa and will be entitled to the virtues mentioned in the question.
