Does someone who has divorced his wife remain obligated to feed and maintain her during her waiting period.

If someone divorces he wife, is he still responsible for feeding and maintaining her during her waiting period?

After divorce, the husband is responsible for the wife’s living arrangements and expenses for her maintenance.
