salam molana I hope and pray you are in the best of health i have been reading your works for sometime know my name is……………….. i am
33 years of age born in…………. which is in the uk i have spent 4 mths in jamat twice i try and go for 40 days every year i have also given bayat to hazrat hafiz patel saab of dewsbury markaz who is a khalifa of the late hazrat yusuf khandelwi r.a(son of late hazrat moulana ilyas r.a)even though i have all these posative things around
me i am a 15yr old heroine addict who has been struggling to get off
this thing for so many yrs, i have really begun to lose hope know, i have tried many forms of dettox and treatment however i keep on relapsing and my nafs seems to always get the better of me and i know that if i die in this condtion it will be very difficult to leave with iman my humble request is pls can you pescribe me with something so that i may cure this spiritual as well as pysical illness as you may have dealt with issues like this in the past jazak allah khair


Answer: Walaikum Salam,

First you should get in touch with a rehab centre they have some good ways of helping people who want to quit. secondly, there are some sins which you can leave gradually but there are others which you have to leave immediately, what you have mentioned is of the second type. You have to make a firm resolution and stop immediately. Fix a penalty upon yourself and practice on that all the time. By penalty I mean a few rakats namaz, a little bit of sadaqah, some amount of istighfar or anything similar.

I make dua that may Allah help you get rid of this habit and keep you steadfast. Ameen. Remember a person who makes taubah-e-nasooh is like someone who did not commit the sin.
