Read surah Fatiha 7 times, blow on some honey and take a few spoons,
For recovery from any illness one should recite , (found in most of the Hadeeth kitaabs)
أذهب الباس رب الناس و اشف أنت الشافي لا شافاء الا شفاؤک, شفاء لا يغادر سقما
After visiting the restroom one should pray (found in Ibn Majah);
غفرانک الحمد لله الذي اذهب عني الأذى وعافاني
After eating one should pray the following dua for ease. (Found in Abu Dawud and Nasai)
الحمد لله الذي أطعم وسقى وسوغه وجعل له مخرجا
For relief from any pain, place your hand upon the area of pain, recite Bismillah thrice, and recite 7 times the following dua (found in Saheeh Muslim):
أعوذ بعزة الله و قدرته من شر ما أجد و احاذر
