Please can you explain in detail what is Da-rul-Harab, and Is USA Da-rul-Harb, what are the condition of Da-rul-Harab? All over the world the USA is killing MUSLIM’S and also in USA , they freez the bank account of Islamic organization ?
The country that has no care or protection for Muslims and is involved in war than that country is ‘darul harab’. Since muslims living in the western countries cherish protection, benefits, and justice we can not call these countries ‘darul harab’. Since we have covenant with these countries, which affects the status of darul harab, we cannot call these countries ‘darul harab’.
