If a 40 year old woman with the permission of her husband wants to go to hajj with someone who is ‘ghair mahram’, can she go?
A woman cannot go to hajj with ‘ghair mahram’ even if it’s with the permission of her husband because one of the conditions for the obligation of hajj on her is to have a ‘mahram’.
