One of my friend lives in remote area of Pennsylvania where he could not find anybody to teach his children Holy Quran in Arabic. He asks me if it is OK for him to teach his children just the translation of Holy Quran and not the Arabic text?
If the Koran or its text is not in the front than you cannot teach it. However, if you know the translation and the interpretation of the verses of the Koran than you can explain that without the use of the book. Otherwise, just the translation without the actual text is not allowed to keep, sell, buy, and to read.
