What should I do if I have wet dreams and can’t wash my bedding regularly?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
Asalamualaikum I am a student living in a student boarding campus. I tend to have wet dreams quite often sometimes the mazi reaches through my clothes to the bedsheet and due to me staying in the campus i am not able to regularly wash my bedding.
1. When i have a wet dream and the bed sheet gets dirty what should i do?

2. Is it permissible to sleep on the bed if there is a dry stain on it?

3. Are there any wazeefa that i can pray to stop having wet dream so often?

4. If i have a wet dream then do ghusl at fajr time then go to sleep again after fajr and more comes out do i have to do ghusl again?

Answer
Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

1, 2) You should wash the impurities of the bed sheets. If the semen is wet it is obligatory to wash it, but if it has dried on clothes etc (or body) it suffices to scrape it off.

Remember, keeping clean and to be free from impurities is very praiseworthy and for avoiding Waswasa.

Allah Ta’ala says,

“Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance and He loves those who cleanse themselves.” (2:222)

“And Allah loves those who make themselves clean and pure.” (9:108)

3) Recite Surah Tariq (86) or Surah Nuh (71) it will keep one safe from wet dreams, InshaAllah. (Aamale Qur’an)

Also, engage yourself in adundant Zikr.

4) When the semen (Mani) is ejaculated with force and Shahwa (desire) then Ghusl will become Fardh (compulsory). However, if semen has come out without desire, as the semen is filthy, you need to wash those parts of the body or clothing which has been soiled.

The Fardh Ghusl has to be made to ensure that Salah is performed in its correct time. One will be sinful if the Ghusl is delayed to the extent that Salah becomes Qadha.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
