Jumu’ah Salaah in a non-Muslim country

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I have heard that if the judge of the country or the president of the country is Kaafir then juma salah is invalid. Please give insight.

Bismillaah

A: Jumu`ah salaah will be valid in places where there is religious freedom to perform our namaaz in congregation.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
