Assalam O Alaikum, My question is, A non-muslim friend has donated a Aqua Guard (Water Purifier) to our Masjid. Can we use this in our Masjid. Is it allowable as per the shariah guidelines or not? Can we accept donations from non-muslims friends to Madarsa and Masjid. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

(Fatwa: 1781/1307/H=1431)
By accepting the donation for the mosque if there is no fear of evils, and he contributed it only thinking it good and virtuous deed then it is allowable to use it in the mosque.
