Dear brother in Islam,
I have some difficulties at my current job.
The first is that no one in the company is Muslim, now do I have to seek closeness with them? Secondly im thinking that some of them are trying to outside me what makes me very angry, is it allowed to beat them? Do I need to seek closeness with them?

You should show good character to your non Muslim colleagues. You can help in his worldly affairs as well as take help from him for your worldly gains. Do not allow their friendship to be a hindrance in carrying out the laws of Islam. Be careful not to show any negligence in this aspect.
