Is taking a commission from suppliers allowed as long as the company doesn’t suffer a loss?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
I am working in a company. Sometimes suppliers offer me a commission. I am trying my best to bargain with them very will so that the company will not suffer a loss. If they give me a commission after this will it be allowed to take it as long as the company is not losing anything?

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

If someone is responsible for managing the sales of a company and is paid by the company to fulfill this task then it is not permissible for him to take a commission from any of the buyers or sellers he may interact with during any transaction, regardless of whether the company will suffer a loss or not. For this reason, it is not permissible for the questioner to take a commission from the suppliers of the company without it being acknowledged by the company. This should be avoided.
