I wish to remain in I’thikaf during this Ramadhan. My question is if I get my monthy periods during I’thikaf should I come out or continue with it? If continued, then how? What should I recite during that period? When bleeding stops can I become pure then? Kindly reply me soon. Thank you

Menstruation during I’thikaf annuls I’thikaf and it is not correct to remain in I’thikaf in that situation. Therefore whenever such a situation confronts, the questioner should come out and make Qadha of a Day’s I’thikaf.
