My question is: If the Zuhr prayers has to be performed at home on the day of Jumma, then should it be performed (immediately) after the Jumma prayer or can it be performed anytime within the time of Zuhr?

The questioner didn’t mention the reason for performing the Zuhr prayer at him instead of performing the Jumma prayer in the masjid. If he is perform the Zuhr prayer at home due to a valid and excuse (i.e. approved by the Shari’ah), the he should perform the Zuhr prayer in the local masjid after the Jumma prayer has been performed.
