Assalamu Alaikum My question is whether it is correct or not to show the hand?

If what is meant by the question by the questioner is showing one�s palm to a palmist and getting information about the future situations and news through the signs of the palm, then let it be known that undoubtedly it is impermissible. Believing same is Sin and Haram and it is incumbent to refrain from doing so.
