Can this narration be quoted?
Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id Al Khudri (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported, Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:
“Allah Ta’ala says: ‘A Person whose body I make healthy and to whom I grant enough provision, but five years go by and he does not come to Me [visit My house for ‘Umrah or Hajj] is indeed deprived”

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic. ‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared the narrators of Abu Ya’la and Tabarani reliable.

You may quote this Hadith.
Note: Some versions of this narration, like in Musannaf ‘Abdur Razzaq and Al Mu’jamul Awsat, state ‘Every four years’ instead of five years.
