Answer

‘Allamah Nawawi (rahimahullah) has declared this Hadith a fabrication. The Hadith is not suitable to quote.

(Refer: Al Masnu’, Hadith: 39 with footnotes of Shaykh ‘Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah rahimahullah)

Translation

We have been commanded (by Nabi sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) to decrease the size of food morsels when eating.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
