Yes, they can also be classified as authentic, sound or weak. In essence, every chain can be inspected.
The terminologies mentioned in your question relate to the text [matn] of the Hadith [more specifically, who the text is attributed to] and not the chain. Labelling a Hadith as: Hadith Qudsy, Mawquf or Maqtu’ is not dependent on the reliability of the chain. Their respective chains will need to be inspected and be graded accordingly if needed.

- Al Marfu’- That text in which the statements, actions approvals or qualities are attributed to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
- Al Mawquf- The text in which the statements or actions are attributed to a Sahabi.
- Al Maqtu’- The text in which the statements or actions are attributed to a Tabi’i or someone lower than him.
- Al Hadithul Qudsi- A Hadith wherein Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) attributes the text to Allah Ta’ala.
