When Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would pass by a street it would become fragrant

Is this narration authentic?

كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا مر في طريق من طرق المدينة وجدوا منه رائحة الطيب وقالوا مر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في هذا الطريق

Answer

Imams Bazzar and Abu Ya’la (rahimahumallah) have recorded this narration.

(Musnad Bazzar, Hadith: 7118, Musnad Abi Ya’la, Hadith: 3125)

Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al ‘Asqalani (rahimahullah) has declared the chain authentic (sahih).

Translation

When Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would pass by a street of Madinah, the [people] would get the fragrance of perfume/scent and they would say ‘Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) walked through this street.’

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
