Who is regarded to be the strongest?

Is this Hadith reliable?

Answer

Imam Bazzar (rahimahullah) has recorded these words. Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has graded the chain sound (hasan).

(Musnad Bazzar, Hadith: 7272. Refer: Fathul Bari, Hadith: 6116, vol. 10 pg. 519)

Translation

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) once passed by some people wrestling and asked, ‘What is this?’ They said, ‘O Rasulullah, this is a wrestler who overpowers everyone!’ Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, ‘Shall I not tell you who is even stronger than him? It is a man wronged/oppressed by another man, yet he suppresses his rage and overpowers it. He defeats his Shaytan, and he defeats the devil of [the one who oppressed him].’

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
