Can this Hadith be quoted?

Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) says:

“No characteristic was more hateful to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) than lying. If a man told a lie in the presence of the Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), he would continue to feel some unrest in his heart until he knew that the man had repented.”

This narration is recorded in Musnad Ahmad and other Hadith collections. Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic.

(Musnad Ahmad, vol. 6 pg. 152, Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 5736. Also see: Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 1 pg. 142)

This narration also appears in some editions of Sunan Tirmidhi.
