One will consider his good deeds insignificant on the Day of Qiyamah

Could you mention the reference for this please?

لو أن رجلا يخر على وجهه من يوم ولد إلى يوم يموت هرما في مرضاة الله لحقره يوم القيامة

Answer

Imam Ahmad (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Utbah ibn ‘Abd (radiyallahu ‘anhu), with a suitable chain.

(Musnad Ahmad, vol. 4 pg. 185. Refer: Targhib, vol. 4 pg. 397 and Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 1 pg. 51 and vol. 10 pg. 225)

Translation

If a man had to fall on his face/be dragged on his face from birth till the day he passes away due to old age, in the pleasure of Allah, he will still regard this be insignificant on the Day of Qiyamah.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
