المؤمن للمؤمن كالبنيان، يشد بعضه بعضا
‘The believers are like a building, they support and strengthen each other’
Answer:
Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim (rahimahumallah) have recorded this narration on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Musa (radiyallahu ‘anhu). The narration is therefore authentic.
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 481, 6026 and Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2585)
This Hadith refers to assisting and supporting a Muslim with regards to his affairs of the Hereafter as well his permissible needs of this world. Something that it greatly needed in the world today.
