Answer
(Fatwa: 1963/1825=D/1429)
(a) There are four rakah sunnah muakkadah before the obligatory salah of Zuhr, while before Asr and Isha it is sunnah ghair muakkadah.
(b) In the first two rakah of Fajr, Maghrib and Isha recitation of the Quran will be made aloud while in Zuhr, Asr and other sunnah and nafl salah, the Quran will be recited silently. If a person is performing salah of Maghrib and Fajr alone, then it is up to him whether to recite the Holy Quran loudly or silently but it is better for him to recite it loudly, but it is better loudly. If one is offering qaza salah alone he should recite silently, but if salah is offered in congregation, it should be loudly. Loud recitation is to recite so loudly that other people can also hear it, and silent recitation is to articulate the letters in such a voice that is heard only by the one who recites.
(c) A woman should take his feet out to the right side in sajda, she should not make them stand.
(d) It is all right, recite durood after At-tahiyat in Qadah Akhirah (at the end of prayer), it is also better to recite any dua masoorah as well.
(e) It is not necessary to face qibla while having a bath, even it is forbidden to face qibla while bathing naked. It is mustahab to sit facing qibla when doing wuzu.
(f) Making intention aloud is not essential; it is enough to say with tongue in a low voice. It is also right to make the intention by heart only.
(g) There is no Islamic point to wipe hands over the face after meal.
(h) It is enough to say بصوم غد نويت for making intention of fast, or one should have the intention by heart, even it is right if anyone expresses this sense in any other language. It is proved by Hadith to say at the time of iftar: اللهم لك صمت وعلى رزقك افطرت
