Janab Mufti Sb. Assalama’alaikum I want to know whether,during ramadan, is it permissible to have sex with wife in night then make neeyat for roza and get ghusl in the morning? thanks for your quick reply jazakallah al khair

(Fatwa: 1493/1498/M=1430)

In Ramadan nights, it is permissible to have sex with wife.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta’ala) knows Best
