Assalamualaikum, Can a boy marry a girl who is richer than him , if the girl agrees for the marriage and keeps her mahr less as compared to mahr of other girls of her family?

In the above-mentioned case, the Nikah is valid if there is no valid reason preventing Nikah and the Nikah is performed with the mediation of their guardians in proper way.
