Is it permissible to include Allah’s name in someone’s name?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Mohammed Habeebuddin Majid because Majid is one among Allah’s name and Abdul is not present in this name. So please let me know can we call this person name in this way or we have to change his name?

Answer

The name Mohammed Habeebuddin Majeed is correct. Majeed here means noble and pious and in this case it does refer to the beautiful name of Allah. Yes, if you add Abd before it and say Abdul Majeed then Majeed shall be from amongst the beautiful names of Allah
