Do all clothes need to be changed after ghusl for semen discharge?

when a perspon is required to do guhsl because of semen dischrage must a person change all the clothes he was wering at that time?

It is not necessary to change entire clothing, but rather changewash the soiled parts. Allah wants only ease for us.
