Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
aoa sir i want to know if a sunni girl get married to a shia boy who beliefs that nauzubillah Quran has been altered a bit by Hazart Usman(R.A.),accuse Hazart Ayesha(r.A.)of wrong deeds ,abusing sahabas and considering imam as massom, would their nikah be halal and if nikah is not halal then divorce given in such a marriage would also be invalid as nikah is not valid now if the boy change his sect openly and with heart declare that he would left all those previous beliefs of kufr after satisfying that he has doing that with heart can the girl re marry him would that be her first valid nikah and does the previous talaq would effect?

Answer

(Fatwa: 668/620=L/1429)

The nikah of the Sunni girl was not valid with the boy having such beliefs; therefore there is no question of talaq. Yes, if he repents from his past beliefs and the local Ulama are satisfied with him then he can do nikah if the guardian of the girl is ready to do so.
