Can a Muslim take potency test before marriage? His semen will be checked whether he is capable of intercourse.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 90/91/N=02/1436)

It is not lawful to discharge semen with the help of hand for the purpose mentioned in the question without a Shariah need. Hence it shall not be lawful to discharge semen for the purpose of test if there is no need as per the Shariah. If someone feels sexually weak before or after marriage, he should consult an expert and experienced Hakim or doctor for treatment.
