Breaking vow

Assalamoalaikom. A man comits intercourse with his wife during her menses and does tawbah . To keep himself from committing this sin again the man vows by saying ‘By Allah I will NOT have intecourse during menstruation again and if I do I will pay £10000 in sadqah’.
This method works until once he was having intercourse with his wife thinking she is clean but later finds out she had just started her period. So he’s committed this sin by mistake without him knowing and unintentionally . Does he have to still pay the Sadaqah because of his vow ?

Kaffarah for masturbation accompanied by sex afterwards and intentionally not fasting to have sex.

If a person masturbate and ejaculate while he is fasting in ramadan and afterwards, during that very same day, he had sexual intercourse, is kaffarah wajib on him knowing that masturbation does not necessitate kaffarah but sex does?
Secondly, if a couple intentionally does not fast in Ramadan to have sex during that day, will there be any kaffarah? Or they will only have to make up for that day?

Indiscernible vaginal discharge and intercourse

I’m newly married for about 2 months. My wife had a vaginal discharge before bedtime and she was uncertain of its colour and hence, was unsure if her menses has begun. We engaged in intimacy with no penetration. However, our private parts had skin-to-skin contact at the area between the navel and knees. Am I sinful for this? What is the expiation for my error?

Revoking divorce

Assalamu alaykum,

If a man divorces his wife, then is intimate with her before the iddat ends, is the marriage valid again simply due to the fact that he was intimate with her?
Or when he is intimate with her does he specifically have to have the intention that he is taking her back?

Wet dream for women

Assalaamu’alaikum Mufti Sab

1) What is meant by a wet dream for a woman? Does it mean she has to reach climax and have an orgasm in the dream or can it just be kissing and hugging and no intercourse in the dream?

2) If she sees no flowed out discharge on the tissue upon waking up but when she dabs the tissue in her private part there is what looks like the normal amount of discharge she usually gets, does she still need ghusl if she does not know what mani looks like, but the discharge she sees upon waking up looks like the normal discharge she gets?

3)What is the description of mani for a women?

4)Finally does a specific amount of discharge (mani) need to come out for it to be considered mani, like even a dot?

Jazakallahu khairan for you time in helping me understand this issue.

Nafaqa and Nushuz from wife

Asalamoalaikum.
What is included in nafaqa which a man must provide for his wife? If the wife doesn’t listen to the husband (for example he tells her to do something and she doesn’t), is this considered Nushuz , and hence is nafaqa no longer due on husband ?

Zihar

“if a man intended by means of zihaar to refrain from having intercourse with a woman who is not his wife, then he must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kafaarat yameen) if he had married her and had intercourse with her.”- is it correct?
