1)Can we use spoon to eat ice cream and other sweets or it si against sunnah. 2)Explain Taqwa in detail, i mean to say considering all fields and also explain, how a person working in private firm can come into taqwa, also if a person looks at any exercise (during browsing such sites naked pictures will be there) to avoid premature ejaculation is against taqwa and sharia. 3) Which is the language of Enjeel. 4) A lecturer working in a private college can attend the party hosted by the students, (we don’t know for what mean students will host the party, it has become a trend in the campus that final year students will host a grant party to staff, among students some will not be in a position to pay the money but forcefully others will take) and also the gifts given by students. 5)Sweets distributed by girl students on their happy moments(getting through in the exams) can be accepted or not. 6)Is chewing gum permitted. 7)A person has got the practical knowledge of a particular work but the problem with him is he don’t posses a degree from university, but companies in india and abroad will offer a job only when one has a degree, in this situation can a knowledgeable person make a fake degree certificate and produce the same to the firm, the salary is halal or haram.
1. It is permissible for one to eat ice-cream, sweets and other liquids with a spoon. (Aapke Masaail aur Unkaa Hal, Vol. 7, Page 179)
2. a.) Taqwa means: A person develops such a conscience that Allah is watching him. He also inculcates the fear of Allah and abstains from transgressing the borders of Shariah. However, Taqwa has many stages, the more a person spends his time in Zikrullah and in the company of pious saints he will traverse these stages.
b.) One should try to avoid such internet sites, however to avoid premature ejaculation does not affect ones Taqwa.
3. All Heavenly books are revealed in Arabic but the different prophets translated the Books into the language of his people. The bible was translated into Hebrew because Isa (A.S.) was sent to the Jews (Bani Israeel). (Fataawaa Raheemiyyah, Vol. 3, Page 208)
4. If the majority of the students have contributed willingly then it will be permissible to attend such invitations, so long as there are no activities that are against the Shariah.
5. Such sweets and gifts can be accepted if there is no fear of Fitnah taking place.
6. Chewing gum is permissible as long as it does not contain any Haraam ingredients.
7. If he is competent and applying himself in such a profession of which he claims to have the competence then his salary will be Halaal.
