i have recently ben inflicted with a unknown health condition which no one can diagnose. Im reflctin back on my life to assess what i have done wrong. One area i have been lazy in is doing all my work hours in employment. I know that i have at times not done the full working hours per week for employers. If there is no work i left a little early and on juma we normaly take longer break and leave work same time. I am really concerned that this issue maybe why i have been inflicted with this unknown condition. I have repented and done tauba and i am in contact with all the companies i have worked for and tried to explain to them that I owe them some money. I cant remember exactly how many hours short i have been doing but i am taking an average of 2 per week and informing the companies to work out the bill and i will pay you.
is this the right thing to do?
if i cant find the company or they cant sort it out now, what do i do?

We make dua that Allah grants you courage and shifaa. Aameen.
Your attitude to contact the company is correct. Do what is in your means to fulfil the shortfall of your employer.[1]
Also turn to Allah with dua, salaatul haajah and zikr. Adopt all possible means to cure yourself. Be positive and hopeful.
