Will my income be Halaal if I get paid for assisting in a tuition center where sins take place?

My friend is the owner of a tution centre where he takes classes on school subjects.

There are many male and female students in the tution centre. They seat in the same classroom which is quite common in our country. The girls seat on one side of the classroom and boys seat on the other side but there is no barrier between them.

My friend told me to join there as a teacher and become a business partner with him. I did not feel it will be right for me to teach there as most of the girls won’t be wearing hijab. So I rejected his offer.

Then he told me to only make class resources like question papers, notes, presentation slides etc. for his tution centre. And for this I will get a share of the profit he makes.

So my question is,

1) Will this share of profit be halal for me? As it is an institution where there is no barrier between girls and boys, If the girls and boys commit sin (not lowering their gaze etc.) will I be accountable for it?

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. 

If you provide resources for the tuition center, your income will be Halaal. In that case you will be an employee. Your actual services should be specified as well as the remuneration for your services[1]. You will not be responsible for the shari’ah violation of Hijaab[2].
