Is it possible to have a traditional Aameen with Parda arrangements, female waiters and Dasthaar Bandhi in celebration of Hifz e Qur’an?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
Assalamu Alaikum! I am in need of taking guidance from you about the tradition of Aameen. The problem is that a cousin of mine completed the Hifz e Qur’an a few days back Alhamdulillah! Now his parents wish to have an Aameen in celebration of the Hifz e Qur’an inviting all the relatives and, to have particular care about Parda and make arrangements for females and males seperately to the extent that female waiters be kept to serve the females and also to have Dasthaar Bandhi (to wear a turban) to the one who has done Hifz. Is it possible for us to have the tradition of Aameen, taking care of all the requirements of the Deen or is it just a waste of money and a show. Please send the reply early. May Allah reward you. Aameen

Yes, whilst realizing that it is not compulsory, there is permission to have a function, only in the sense of celebrating the happiness of being blessed with a unique treasure like memorizing of Qur’an e Kareem, with looking into all the obligations of Parda and making it free from all the innovations and ill-traditions. But calling “The tradion of Aameen” itself is a tradition.
