Assalamu Alaikum Janab my friend is having the sickness of leaking drops of urine and due to this drops are leaked and can he perform Namaz?

If urine of the person concerned in the aforesaid matter drips continuously, without a pause in such a way that he does not get an opportunity to pray at least the Fardh Namaz with complete purity during the time of any one Namaz, then he is called a Ma’azur in Shari’a. Ruling for a Ma’azoor in Shari’a is that fresh ablution be taken for each prayer time and during the course if any one of the prayer time is passed in such a way that the disease is not effected, then the Shar’i ruling for the Ma’azoor too will be ineffective. Further in this situation Namaz should be performed only after having complete purity until the disease reappears.
