I have invested in Life Insurance Policy for the purpose of saving Taxes. My intention is that I will retain the original amount invested by me and will donate the interest from this Policy. In this situation, is it permissible for me to invest in Life Insurance Policy?

1)As a benefit to employees, the company I work for provides Health Insurance coverage. The company pays 66% and employees have to pay 33% annual premium to the insurance company….Is it permissible to use this medical benifit facility?….2) Same is the case for life insurance where both pays 50% annual premium to the insurance company?
