Is it permissible to wear shirts that say the word “Allah” in English printed on them or have a hadith in English printed on?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Yes, it is permissible to wear shirts that say “Allah” on them, or a hadith from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and give him peace. There is no objection in this and wearing something that has exalted words on it is not belittling.

However it is necessary that one prevent dirty or filthy things from touching it.

Also, it is desirable that one not enter the bathroom with such a shirt to relieve oneself, for that is disliked.

And Allah alone gives success.
