While slaughtering a goat, cutting of how many veins is praiseworthy?

Assalamu Alaikum Mufthi Sahib, While slaughtering a goat, cutting of how many veins is praiseworthy and how many veins should be cut necessarily?

While slaughtering the animal whether it is a goat or cow/buffalo etc., 4 veins of the neck or at least 3 should be cut necessarily. By doing so the slaughtering too would become correct as per the Shari’a and consuming same too would become Halal and, not otherwise.
