It’s not the responsibility of a man to call someone for the help of his wife, however, if he accepts then it would be his responsibility to bear the cost of it. If the mother wants to tolerate it then she can. The reality of the issue is that whether this is the responsibility of the husband or not?
Can he afford it or not? How important is it? Everyone has a need but a need without which one cannot survive. If the man accepts it then it would be his responsibility to bear the expenses. People should support each other in this regard.
